“Came here with a friend and it’s quite a nice spot. I really enjoyed the Takoyaki, perfectly crispy on the outside while still creamy on the inside, with great flavour throughout. The dumplings were also solid and a good addition to the meal. The pork katsu was another highlight. It was juicy and clearly well-prepared. While it may not be the absolute best katsu I’ve ever had, it was still a good dish. I also loved the atmosphere, it has a really nice vibe and the service was genuinely warm and attentive.”
“Got chicken and pork. The pork was thick but tasteless, maybe precooked and reheated. However the chicken was moist and tasty. The chili, garlic mayo and wasabi were great. Tonkotsu sauce was average at best, maybe store bought. The salad used orange vinegarette which was over powering. All of this stuff could be over looked if they weren't charging $28/29 for each meal. Then you're using disposable chopsticks with chipped tables.”
“Really delicious and authentic Japanese katsu. We were able to be seated right away on a Friday evening and service was super quick. Katsu was unreal - so fresh and crisp. Only improvement would have been if the pork was a little leaner. Will definitely be back!”
